The requirement was to design a cover and packaging for Sergio Mendes’ twenty year career retrospective Celebration.

The feeling had to be Brazilian and celebratory and the final designs achieve this.

16 page booklet with images and text reflecting on Mendes’ long career as a musician and producer.

Alternative cover designs using a more graphic approach, incorporating the shapes and colours of the Brazilian flag (lower row).
